Online Training
This option is available to anyone, regardless of location! I’ll write your workouts for you; you train any time, anywhere.
You have two options for online training, depending on how much support you need:
Option 1 – for clients who want more workouts, more frequent amendments & more support:
– Personalised workout plan including video demos of all exercises (up to 4 workouts per week)
– Weekly adjustments to your workouts
– Monthly check-ins & feedback/advice from me
– Personalised habit tracking to keep you accountable to me
– Additional mobility workouts
– Work on goal setting & lifestyle factors of fitness with me (nutrition, sleep, stress, mindset etc.)
– Access to external resources including a nutrition guide/workbook; and email newsletters with tips, guidance & motivation to help you on your journey
– Contact/support via WhatsApp
£105 per month
Option 2 – for clients who still want to be accountable to a coach, but with a lighter, more hands-off approach:
– Personalised workout plan including video demos of all exercises (up to 3 workouts per week)
– Monthly adjustments to your workouts
– Monthly check-in form & feedback/advice from me
– Self-led worksheets on lifestyle factors of fitness (sleep, stress, nutrition, goal setting, mindset, etc)
– Additional mobility workouts
– Access to external resources including a nutrition guide/workbook; and regular email newsletters with tips, guidance & motivation to help you on your journey
– Contact/support via WhatsApp
– £65 per month
