“You wouldn’t know it, but I’ve had personal training on and off for years. Conni is the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and extremely professional. You can time your watch by her – she is never late. I always feel Conni listens to me and draws on a wealth of expertise to vary my exercises. I’ve completely re-engaged with the gym since working with Conni.”
