LIGHT ONLINE TRAINING: OVERVIEW OF WORKOUT APP

Hi! Welcome to personal training! Here’s an overview of the things you can do on my workout app, so you can get the most out of your training.

The bottom line is: This app is, simply, a means of getting more support and resources from me. The more you use it, and the more information you apply to yourself and YOUR journey…. the more I can support you, and the faster you will progress towards achieving your goals.

  5. Stay accountable: Any time you log anything – a workout, a habit, a worksheet – I get a notification about it

  7. Have all extra resources in one, handy place at the bottom of your app.

1. View & complete your workouts in your own time:

Easily complete and track your workouts in your own time – all the reps, sets, weight, and rest times are laid out for you with video demos, instructions, and notes from me. I will make adjustments on a monthly basis.


2. Access an additional mobility workout in the ‘programmes’ tab:
I can assign this based on your needs eg. hip mobility, ankle mobility, full body mobility etc. and this can be changed as and when.

3. Submit a monthly check-in form.
This lets me know EXACTLY how you’re getting on, so I can tailor your workouts and advise accordingly. The more I know, the more I can personalise your sessions to suit you. I will also assign you worksheets based on what you tell me here. Look for this in the ‘forms & assessments’ section (note: you won’t receive a notification about the monthly check-in form, so look out for it towards the end of every month).

4. Complete worksheets on SMART Goals, nutrition, sleep, stress, mindset etc.
You’ll also find these in the ‘forms & assessments’ section. Note: As part of the ‘light online training’ package, you won’t receive direct feedback from me on these worksheets, but they are a wonderful tool for self-reflection and goal setting, so I highly recommend you take advantage of them. If you’d like to discuss anything from them at your monthly check-ins, you’re more than welcome to!

5. Accountability: Any time you log anything – a workout, a worksheet – I get a notification. This holds you accountable ie. helps you get things done –  and if you get things done, you are more likely to see the change and progress you want! (It also means if you aren’t logging things, I’ll notice that, too!)

6. You can set weekly training goals, see your entire workout history, and have a handy place to add progress pictures, bodyweight, and body measurements, if fat loss is a goal of yours! Click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner of the app to access this page (oh yeah – you can add a profile photo, too!).

7. Have a bunch of extra resources in one, handy place at the bottom of your app.
This is a list of external resources I’ve linked here to give you as much value as possible. The “additional video resources” tab will continuously get updated as I make and save more videos to it. I’ve linked my complete nutrition guide/workbook for you to download and learn from in your own time; I’ve linked lists of protein sources, long term conditions information sheets, the nutrition section of my blog – I’ve even linked a list of my favourite meditation music & affirmations!

The point of coaching is to address all factors of fitness – workouts, nutrition, sleep, stress, mindset, etc. – so this “resources” section will be GOLD for you. I can also add specific links to individual clients – so if there’s anything I think will be useful for you, personally (maybe an article or video I’ve mentioned in conversation), it’ll be linked here!

One last thing: While you cannot message me directly via the app, you absolutely CAN message me on WhatsApp with any questions – or just to update me on something you’ve done, learned, or implemented! I would love to hear from you!
