
Welcome! I’m Conni, a personal trainer and group fitness instructor based in Norwich, UK. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2016, teaching Les Mills group exercise classes before starting to work one-on-one with personal training clients in 2021. Having gotten into fitness purely to support my own mental health, I’ve always steered towards a health-based, functional approach to exercise, and this is how I prefer to teach it to my clients, too. You’ll never hear me talk about exercising to “burn off your dinner”, but rather, exercising to empower yourself, and to build strength and resilience for everyday life. I am qualified to safely train clients with long-term health conditions, including hypertension, osteoporosis, and hip/knee replacements. I also work well with beginners, in particular group exercise participants who want to add strength training into their routines. Having come from a group exercise background myself, I understand the fear of starting out in the gym, and I aim to make that a little less scary for people!
